Understanding the PSLOG System Folder Contents
Under your S:Drive you will find a PSLog shared user folder. This contains the files required to operate PSLOG in your environment. While you will be using these folders from time to time to manage data in and out of PSLOG it is best to keep your day to day files out of this folder structure and treat this as a system folder only.
The PSLOG Support team have been given restricted rights to access our systems for the purposes of providing direct support with our clients with PSLOG software. If you touch base with them, they can login and help.
