This 5 day course is suitable for anyone wanting to get started in using drone technology as a tool in the forestry industry and rural fire sectors. Together Interpine and Massey University’s School of Aviation deliver a course combining theory and practical skill to achieve competency as Level 1 UAV Operator.
On successful completion participants will gain their CAA UAV Multi-rotor Pilot Competence Certification “Wings Badge”.

This 2 day course is suitable for anyone wanting to get started in creating bucking files (APT or PIN, SPI, OIN files) for harvesters running StanForD. Interpine deliver a course combining theory and practical woodflow management skills to achieve competency in creating, updating and testing bucking files for wide range of StanForD compiliant harvesters. Run with collaboration with Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.
This course is focused for extension learning for woodflow managers, or harvest supervisors tasked with managing bucking files for their harvesting operations.

This 3 day course is suitable for anyone wanting to understand the process of Forest Inventory and Forest Yield modelling using PlotSafe and YTGEN, which is Australasia’s forest industry standard software toolset. Together Interpine and Silmetra deliver a course combining theory and practical skill to achieve competency from field data collection to estate level forest yield modelling.
This course is focused for extension learning for foresters managing inventory work programs, or involved in the forest yield modelling and valuation.
