Accessing the Remote Desktop Environment uses Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Connection application which comes preinstalled in all modern Microsoft Windows operating systems. For Android, Apple iOS or macOS you can download the Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection from Microsoft from the respective app store.

Windows 10
- We might have also emailed you the connection file (*.RDP) which you can then use to connect. Copy to your desktop and double click to connect.
- Otherwise visit https://cloud2.interpine.nz and login, once logged in you can click the Interpine Icon, and download a signed connection file to download which will allow connection to the remote desktop. Copy to your desktop and double click to connect.

Apple macOS and iOS Users (iPad, iPhone, MAC Laptops / Computers)
There is a Microsoft Remote Desktop App developed by Microsoft and available for free from the App Store. Follow the quick video tutorial which is shown on an iPad, but the process is the same using a macOS Apple computer or an iPhone.
- Select Add (+) to create a “New Workspace”
- Type in cloud2.interpine.nz
- And follow the prompts to add this new workspace.
Note that macOS keyboard layouts differ from the Windows keyboard layouts. Here is some tips:
- The Command key on the Mac keyboard equals the Windows key.
- To perform actions that use the Command button on the Mac, you will need to use the control button in Windows (for example Copy = Ctrl+C).
- The function keys can be activated in the session by pressing additionally the FN key (for example, FN+F1).
- The Alt key to the right of the space bar on the Mac keyboard equals the Alt Gr/right Alt key in Windows.
